Hello, I’m Dan Philpot the proud founder of Able Bodies Healthcare.

My journey from a career in Hospitality Service to home healthcare has been illuminating. Coming from a large family, I was fortunate to have a built-in support system that shielded me from the challenges many face when caring for aging loved ones.

As time went on, watching friends and cousins struggle to balance work, life, and family responsibilities opened my eyes to the reality of caregiving. I set out to understand what is truly needed to keep loved ones safe in their own homes.

I noticed a gap between “healthcare” and “service.” My goal is to bridge that gap with care, compassion, accountability, transparency, and a smile.
